"If you can get the connection
working and stable, it's acceptable.
Their customer service though is
abysmal.
I had an engineer booked
to attend who no showed, had to wait
another full week for another one to be
booked, and it was booked on a day I
didn't specify. I took the (2nd) day I'd
agreed with entanet off as holiday of
course - and it turns out the engineer
had been booked for a different day
altogether
Attempted to rebook
for Monday, was told by entanet he'd be
here on Monday. I booked another day's
holiday to wait for an engineer, phoned
up entanet again and was utterly
gobsmacked to hear they'd booked the
engineer for a different day 6 days
later.
Additionally, they refused
to cancel the 2nd engineer - even though
I would be 300 miles away at the time
and rudely informed me that there was
nothing they would do until the engineer
had tried to visit and not gained access
and that I would need to wait 6 days
till then before they'd book a 3rd
engineer (which will presumably be
another week lost).
Oddly, they
don't seem to have any objection to
charging me for my 'service' through my
extended outage.
Agents are
unhelpful, expect to spend very long
periods on hold, and when they tell you
they will call you back later, you will
never receive that call. I can only
assume it's a ploy to get customers off
the phone.
If you are considering
entanet - only use them if you can
absolutely guarantee you will never ever
have a fault or reason to contact them,
there's much better out there for the
price."
