Fast.co.uk are small but very highly regarded broadband provider with exceptional customer feedback. Their broadband max packages start at just £16.99 (£19.96 with VAT) and, although they are not the cheapest provider, they have consistently excellent reviews for both their broadband service and customer support.

If you don't already have a broadband activated phone line there is a one of fee of £49.98 to cover installation costs.

"One of the better, if not best, broadband providers. I have been with them for over 2 years now and have no complaints at all. On the few occasions when BT screwed up my connection, fast dealt with it to my satisfaction. You do pay a bit more than some (I am on a 20GB per month package for an up-to-24Mbps service costing 23GBP) and I get a fairly consistent 11Mbps on my line. Their customer support is very good, though their standard responses seem to be switch off your router for 20 minutes else get 3 BT speedtest results. However I guess that is fair enough, there are sometimes no instant fixes to things. Recommended." Rating: Excellent

"Not sure where to begin here without sounding like i am being paid by fast.co.uk to write this.

1. Telephone answered in seconds. Don't know if they even have a queue system as I have never had to wait long enough.

2. Always a British accent on the end of the phone.

3. Always an expert you speak with.

4. I called on a Sunday morning with a question but found the answer a second or two after the line started to ring at their end. I hung up. 2 minutes later... THEY PHONED ME UP TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP!!!!!!!
