"When I first went with Pipex a few
years ago they were excellent, in the
last year they have failed to get my
billing correct 3 times, and, despite
being e-mailed that I would be upgraded
to 2Mb download speed for free I was
then informed I would have to opt for
another 12 month contract...didn't say
that in the e-mail Pipex ! The final
straw has come with them being bought
out by Tiscali when I had to go without
any connection for a week beacause they
forgot to tell me of my migration......I
am now searching your site for a new
provider unless Pipex buck their ideas

"I pay for 8Mb but only receive on
most occasions less than 1Mb.This is
most unsatisfactory. The Pipex help line
tries to be helpful and I have no
complaints.However I am failing to make
progress as every time I ring I talk to
a different person and have to explain
the problem I have with the slow
broadband speed all over again and
consequently I am making little progress
resolving this problem. I shall be
actively seeing to changing my
provider."
