"Generally support is pretty good, A bit fiddly to get to the technical department via phone. Also at times trying to get your problem over to the person one is speaking to difficult. Like most providers broadband speeds are well below par." Rating: Good

"TalkTalk gave me a wrong area phone number for my area, I asked them to change this, they did not know how to do this, and pass me from INDIA, TO SOUTH AFRICA TO THE PHILLIPPINES, and back to INDIA, I asked to speak to somebody at Head office in UK, they kept on telling me they can handle this, no they could not, I made over 30 calls to them, in the end I ended my contract, I would Never go with them again, nobody know where there head office was located, and they were reluctant to pass me on to their UK office, I had to find this via saynoto0870 web site, and talk to uk, WORST THEN AWFUL Rate -Z., I hope that they will give my my connection charge back ! what a waist of time and money." "Been cut off three times over the past 6 weeks for over a week at a time. NO warning on Talk Talk website. Difficult to find Customer service tel no., complicated and useless telephone menu when you do eventually find it, overseas call centre with standard script for everything. Attrocious service and I'm paying for it!!!" Rating: Awful
